VICTORY FOR CILs |
For the first time in years state-funded Centers for Independent Living will get an increase. The final state budget passed over the July 4th weekend has a 1% funding increase for the nine state-funded CILs.This victory is the first time CILs have received the same increase as home and community based services. More analysis of the budget is coming soon. |
