Home & Community Based Services
 
 
The State Plan for Independent Living was developed with substantial input from members of the Pennsylvania disability community, service providers and advocacy groups. As a result of that input, the following goals were developed in order to improve home and community based service options for Pennsylvanians with disabilities. This goal and the steps outlined below set the framework for a three year period.
