Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund for registration and hotel fees if the

PA SILC receives your cancellation notice in writing NO LATER THAN March 2, 2009. After this date no refunds will be given.  If you book accommodations at a hotel OTHER than the Hilton, you are responsible for canceling those rooms.
