The Hilton was constructed as a barrier-free facility. The bell staff is available upon arrival and will provide you with parking options. If you have a visual disability, and would like an audio description of the hotel’s public space and sleeping rooms, please call 717-233-6000 two (2) weeks before the conference. All conference activities will beheld in the meeting rooms on the second floor of the hotel.
Elevators
There are three (3) centrally-located elevators which will be staffed by the hotel during times of heavy use. There will be delays due to heavy elevator use. Plan your day accordingly, allowing extra time to get to workshops and sessions. If possible, you may take the stairs located on either side of the elevators.
Guest Rooms
All Hilton Harrisburg guest rooms have 36” wide entry doors equipped with lever handles. All bathroom doors are 36” wide and swing into the bathroom. If you require space for turning, the hotel staff will remove your bathroom door and hang a privacy curtain if requested in advance on your registration form.
Transportation
The Harrisburg Train and Bus station is located two (2) blocks from the Hilton. Harrisburg International Airport is located 15 minutes from the Hilton. The Hilton provides free, accessible shuttle service to and from both locations. Call 717-233-6000 in advance of your trip to make arrangements
